These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Simchao website at https://simchao.com and related services (the “Service”). The Service is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Eduard Papiian (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By browsing the site, creating an account, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Simchao resells prepaid, data-only eSIM plans for travel and connectivity in supported countries and regions. Plans are delivered digitally (for example by QR code, activation details, or install link) to the email you provide and, where available, in your Simchao account.

eSIM plans are typically data-only. They do not replace your primary phone number for voice or SMS unless a specific product description says otherwise. Coverage, network partners, speeds, fair-use policies, and validity depend on the plan you buy and on local networks.

We source and provision eSIMs through third-party connectivity partners. Delivery is usually fast after successful payment, but provisioning can occasionally be delayed. If payment succeeds and you do not receive your eSIM, contact support with your order reference.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority where you live) to purchase from Simchao. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You may browse and check out as a guest. After a successful paid checkout we may create a customer account linked to your email so you can view orders and eSIMs. Account access is provided by passwordless email magic links. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure.

You must not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

Catalog prices are shown in United States dollars (USD) unless we state otherwise.

Individual Entrepreneur Eduard Papiian is the seller of record for purchases on Simchao. Monobank processes the card payment on our behalf. We issue the payment receipt and process refunds of the payment. Card details are entered on Monobank’s hosted checkout and are not stored on Simchao servers.

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed by Monobank. We may refuse or cancel fulfillment if payment fails, fraud is suspected, the product cannot be provisioned, or we are legally required to do so. If fulfillment is cancelled after you have been charged, you will receive a refund of the amount charged for that cancelled order through Monobank.

After payment, we aim to deliver activation details promptly. You are responsible for checking device eSIM compatibility, following install instructions, enabling data roaming where required, and not deleting a profile if your plan cannot be reinstalled.

Unused validity, data allowances, and top-ups expire according to the plan terms shown at purchase. Except as stated in our Refund Policy, purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable once the eSIM has been installed, activated, or used.

You must comply with local laws and the acceptable-use rules of the underlying networks. We and our partners may suspend or revoke an eSIM for abuse, fraud, or legal compliance. Revocation of an in-use eSIM does not create a refund right except where required by law.

The Simchao name, branding, site design, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them except as needed to use the Service for its intended purpose.

The Service and eSIM connectivity are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Mobile coverage, speed, and availability depend on third-party networks and local conditions outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free connectivity, or that a plan will meet every travel need.

Marketing statements such as typical setup times or destination counts describe the Service generally and are not warranties for a specific order.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or travel costs arising from your use of the Service or any eSIM.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including liability for fraud or willful misconduct).

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes that affect existing paid orders will not apply retroactively unless required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Ukraine will have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
